Visiting Koshu City in Yamanashi!
We have received a request from Koshu City to evaluate the tour package for people from abroad. Koshu City is a Nakano’s Sato/Machi (“country/town”) partner, ANIC participas visited Koshu City, which is in Yamanashi, on October 14 (Sat) and 15 (Sun). Kofu City, Fuefuki City, and Koshu City participated in and offered quite hospitable programs.
Although the weather was not always cooperative during the two days they stayed, they tried special activities, which are unique to Yamanashi, such as the harvesting of the grapes and the tasting local wines.
The tour only used public transportation. Because of rain, it was unfortunate that they could do cycling by bicycle. The participants said that they definitely wanted to visit Yamanashi again, because the time for autumn leaf color change was approaching.
