Outdoor Exchange : Nakano Town Walk ~ Saginomiya – Nogata Course (apporx 3.8km)
The second outdoor exchange is a walk around Saginomiya – Nogata.

Saginomiya Yachiman Shrine: it was called Saginomiya Daimyoujin as many herons（sagi）nested and lived there and it seems that the name of the place derived from the shrine. According to the record in 2014 (Heisei 26) the shrine had existed for 950 years.

Fukuzouin: It is a temple of Shingon-shu Buzan-ha and it was believed to be erected by the monk Raichin in Daiei the first (1521). In Gofunai (within the town of Edo) there are 88 sacred places and this is the 14th pilgrimage temple.

Shirasagi Seseragi Park: It is a multipurpose open space built above the reservoir opened in Heisei 27. In the adjacent playground football and baseball can be enjoyed and has become a recreational space for the residents.

Kasei-chan Monument: It was built by the Manga Artist Tetuya Chiba commissioned by Toritu Kasei Shopping District Promotion Association in July in Heisei 23. This has become a land mark loved by the residents.
