On the 27 of December (Wed), members of the Friday Volunteers joined in the year-end night watch of Nankou-cho Town Council. They walked around the Nakano ZERO area, beating wooden clappers and shouting out warnings “Hino yojin (Be aware of fire)” about the risk of fire. It was an experience of traditional Japanese winter scenic feature for the participants and Chinese members had to look up the Chinese characters for clappers.
