Consultation Corner for Foreigners
We provide foreigners with a range of information in Japanese, giving assistance in everyday matters such as visas, insurance, healthcare, work, and education, as well as introductions to sports and cultural facilities. Additionally, we provide support in simple Japanese to help foreigners understand difficult documents such as those required for applications for municipal or ward public housing, tax declarations, communication with schools, and so on.
Time: Weekdays 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

We carry out a consultation meeting to allow foreigners to speak directly with lawyers and legal document experts in their native language about their legal troubles. Approximately 40 groups part of the Tokyo Support Network for Foreign Residents hold relay style consultation meetings.
The Association for Nakano International Communications also holds a consultation meeting every year in November.
