Tokyo Metropolitan Government is providing a grace period for the payment of the water and sewer charges for those temporarily having difficulty due to the effect of the virus. .

1) Those eligible:
Those who are temporarily having difficulty in paying the water charge and sewer rate, due to decreased income resulting the spread of the infectious Novel Coronavirus.

Individual and corporations, including foreign residents, are eligible.

2) Grace period:
At most, four months will be given starting from the day. Make your request to the Customer Center via telephone below,
(After this grace period, further consultation about payment is possible)
