Job Description: Clerical work regarding events,
management, supporting voluntary works and other business performed by
Association for Nakano International Communications  

Application Conditions: Applicants must have the necessary
qualifications to carry out their duties and be enthusiastic about their work.
Foreign language skills, such as the ability to speak English, are not
particularly necessary.

Preferred conditions:

1. The applicant must have accounting and administrative
processing skills. (It is desirable to have a Japanese commercial bookkeeping
qualification of level 3 or above.)

2. Having knowledge and skills of computing in MS-Word,
Excel and so on 

3.It is desirable to have a deep interest and experience in
activities aiming for a multicultural society such as Japanese language support
activities for foreigners.  

Number of position: 1 

Working conditions: In principle, the position is four days
a week from Monday to Friday.  

Holidays are Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and the
year-end and New Year holidays (29 December – 3 January).  

Working hours are 7 hours and 45 minutes from 8:30 am to
5:15 pm.  

Work may be required on non-working days or working hours
may be changed due to the implementation of projects, etc. 

Social insurance is provided. Annual paid leave and other
leave as stipulated in Association for Nakano International Communications
Part-time Staff Regulations.

Annual medical check-up. 

Employment period: 1 June 2025 – 31 May 2026  

(Renewal is possible. 4 times as maximum) 

The probationary period is from 1st of July 2025 to 31st of
July 2025 

Monthly remuneration: 190,700 yen, plus travel expenses (up
to a maximum) and a year-end allowance.  

Selection procedure:

Primary selection: Document screening  

Applications must arrive no later than 25th of April (Friday).  

Curriculum vitae, work history should be included. 

*The results of the document screening will be notified by
around 1st of May (Thursday).  

Second selection: By interview  

11th of May (Sunday)  

Interviews will be held for those who passed the document
screening.  

Details of the second round of selection procedure will be
provided to those who have passed the first round.  

*Final notification of acceptance or rejection will be made
by around 25th of April (Thursday).  

How to apply:   

“CV (with a photograph)” and “work history” should be
submitted by post or in person to the Association by 13th of February
(Thursday). There is no particular format for CVs. 

However, they must be written in the applicant’s own
handwriting and should include the applicant’s motivation for
applying.
